It turned out okay and people liked it. Now, yung mga pa-expert sa coffee will say otherwise na hindi dapat pinaghahalo yan, but I did. Try mo rin. Baka magustuhan mo.
It's not as strong as Umaga, but definitely not as light as Gabi. Nasa gitna lang, I guess.
Sangkap: Mixture of arabica, excelsa and robusta coffee beans
Roast Profile: Medium, Dark
I’m a regular customer of Sulok and I get our stash of coffee beans from them every month. Hapon suits our family’s palette the most in terms of coffee taste. It is quite strong but not too acidic. It goes well with Sulok’s French Vanilla syrup since I always make cappuccino, iced latte, and Vietnamese style coffee (which I learned from Sulok’s owner, Rodz). Though the doctors in the family love the plain black Hapon coffee since the taste is just right (not too bitter but not sweet) and it keeps them awake. 😆
