1. What are the payment methods available?

We accept bank transfer/deposit, credit card, GCash, PayMaya, Paypal and 7-Eleven.

If you want COD, you may purchase our products from our Shopee account: https://shopee.ph/sulokcafe

Please take note that for Breville and De'longhi products, we require bank deposit transactions only.

2. Are you an authorized seller of Breville and De'longhi products?

Yes. We have partnered with Breville Philippines and De'longhi Philippines so that we can offer the best options for your coffee nook. 

3. Do you accept refunds?

Yes, we accept refund requests based on the following reasons (must be reported to us within 2 days upon receipt):

a. Broken product received
b. Wrong product received

4. Delivery Period

We can deliver 2 to 3 days within Metro Manila and some areas of Rizal. 3 to 7 business days for outside Metro Manila area.
